Not all organizations want or need a team to deliver specific projects.
This is where we come in.
We manage everything , from the discovery phase, specification setting, supporting stakeholder engagement, estate integration, scoring, legal, and drafting includuing Schedules and Statements of Work / Work Packages right through to negotiations, and exit management where it's needed.
We can run it all for you or step in and out as and when we are needed. Our Project Manager will prep plans that clearly show the timeline and deliverables. Note: either we can use our own Project Manager or we can be part of your wider Programme team, whichever best suits the requirement.
